Site Review and Support Setup:
To ensure the best possible support we do the following at the start of any new contract support service:
1. Establish the health of your site and fix any areas that need it (subject to a reasonable limit).
2. Document your site's non-standard features and gather together any functional, system or test documentation available in to an ongoing documentation pack.
3. Include a copy of your site on our development and test system and link up your live site, the test site (and any staging site) using software version control.
